Absolutely amazing. I needed an urgent appointment to have my eye looked at and they couldn't have been more helpful. I've now got the treatment I need and they've genuinely helped save my eyesight. Thanks so much especially to Elaine who was so helpful fitting me in with the wonderful optician.

All the staff at hepworth & hall at pemberton are super helpful and professional.ive been a customer there now for a number of years and i wouldn't go anywhere else its 5 from me.

A very professional and personal service from entering the shop, being tested and advised on which glasses that suited. Also being told of the aftercare offered. Great job Im well impressed. Thank You Hepworth and Hall Pemberton to Chris and staff.

I was referred here by 111 with conjunctivitis. I was firstly contacted by the optician Chris by telephone who was very polite and helpful and asked I came in to see him for an examination. Upon arriving I was greeted by Chris himself who took me straight through. He was very thorough in his examination and checked me twice using a dye to ensure he was correct in his diagnosis. He explained everything to me so I understood and advised me on what to do. He was lovely and put my mind at ease that it was just a bad case of conjunctivitis. I couldn't recommend the care enough and wouldnt hesitate at seeing him again.
