Berkeley House

The staff spend most of the time congregating around the reception area and most of them outside for smoke breaks. I never knew the mandatory smoke breaks was every 5 minutes. This does appear to be a " who you know " rather then " how experienced you are "... I mean considering one of the support workers looks like a beta Gemma Collins with 90,000 layers of make up. It really does show that the workers are only there for the pay day rather then to help others.

Would not send an animal here to stay. Worst care home ever. The majority of staff don't care about the residents. Clothes food and toiletries all go missing. Our family member was neglected and we had a safeguarding complaint upheld. Do not send your loved one to this home at any cost!!!

awful care on all bases no idea of how to properly give personal care my family member that was here had his clothes taken as well as shoes and bedding his bathroom wasnt clean, meals were not to a good standard, staff never around, staff dont seem to care, given clothes that werent his just to name a few do not put your loved one here avoid like the plague would be 0 stars if possible.
