Wouldnt even give it 1 star. Absolutely disgraceful. Do not send your relatives here. My Nan was admitted from hospital and when my mum rang them regarding her, they had no idea who she was. Then my nan was admitted back to hospital a few days after discharge and the care home never even rang to inform us. We rang to see how our nan was and they didnt know where she was then said she had been admitted to hospital but didnt tell us why. My nan was then put onto end of life because she was dehydrated and other things. My Nan had dementia which staff should push fluids so they stay hydrated but clearly couldnt be bothered giving the residents the best care. Since my nan died in hospital, the care home never even contacted us. Never even rang to see what we wanted to do regarding her clothes and pjs. Please do not send any family/ friends to this care home because they will be neglected.

Extremely rude and argumentative.Unhelpful, unprofessional staff with attitude problems. Ive never spoken to someone more confrontational in my life. Leaving residents with no care whatsoever, specifically not helping residents charge phones to avoit conversations with family's. It's like a prison, shame!
