        This home has the potential to be amazing, but for too long I have seen and heard too much. I have physically seen staff bullying other staff more than once, and even heard horrible remarks from staff which is all a concern when these are supposed to be carers. I have seen carers handing residents poorly, or have little patience, also carers using POMs without medication training. Hygiene could be better in the home, bed pans are shared between residents and rinsed out. There are some lovely staff mixed in but very few, a lot of the good ones have left. Glad our family is no longer there, but do hope the home improves and reaches its full potential.
