        Absolutely FUMING with this shop. Awful. Not that hes bothered but I wont be returning!!! Went today to pick up a parcel that was a Christmas present. Ive been waiting since the 19th of December for it by DPD. After going back and fourth with DPD It was finally dropped off today and apparently the shop keeper said the DPD driver had said it was too big and picked it up and returned it. Which is an outright lie, because they gave me a scan code? For me to pick it up?!. Why would DPD who just wants to simply off load a parcel say its too big? No, what happened is the shop refused to take it because of its size even though I know the item isnt even that big its just an item in a box. If this shop is rejecting parcels then it shouldnt be operating as a DPD pick up point simple as that. Again a Christmas present is delayed, no idea where it is as its now left in limbo once again. Ill soon see on Tuesday when I ring them. Hes either rejected it or stole it. DPD will get to the bottom of it. The man was also very rude!!
