Just Vans

Just purchased my Transporter T6 from Justin at Just Vans. Couldnt fault the entire experience from viewing and test driving down to me driving mine off the forecourt. We bought a van from them in September 2022. At first I was pleased with everything, very friendly people to deal with and everything seemed great. Had some strange faults appearing and they took the van in under warranty and checked it over and was handed the van back saying a minor issue was fixed, no other faults. Whoever inspected the vehicle for Just Vans and claimed to have sorted the faults, must not know what they're doing because they missed A LOT. Within weeks of having the van back I had to take it to another garage and they said clutch was gone, 1 caliper was cracked, oil leak on the turbo, pads worn and more. The van is just basically falling apart. Already spent 1000 in repairs and now more are needed. I appreciate it's not a brand new van, but I can't get enough work done between the constant repairs to keep paying for them. I'm probably just the unlucky buyer that got the bad pick but it's pretty much ruined my business.

Bought a van from just vans in October. They couldn't of made things any easier, nothing was too much trouble. Can't recommend these guys highly enough, I know where il be going when I need to change vans again. Thanks Justin brilliant service.

I had a small problem with my van that I bought a couple of months ago. They sorted it without any quibble, returned it looking like new and even put new wipers on my van. This is a true honest family firm and if you want true peace of mind when you purchase your new van i couldnt recommend anyone more. Fantastic service. Thank you
