T Fazakerley & Son

Jack Sharpe from T Fazakerley & Son represented me as Land Agent as work was to be undertaken on the northbound embankment of the M61 motorway to install filter drains and man hole chambers. My land runs parallel to the position of work and I was approached by the contractors to allow them to install 3m wide aluminium track matting with passing bay (6m wide x 15m long) to form the haul road and also install a 20m x 20m compound area to store materials, plant and welfare cabins. Jack met with the contractors, drew up the license agreement and made sure all the work was carried out as planned. He secured a very pleasing sum of 1,200 per week with a 200 per day overrun. A job that was anticipated to take 6 weeks actually completed in 16 weeks. I will definitely be calling upon Jack in the future and would highly recommend him.

I was lucky enough to find a property that was the right distance from family at T Fazakerley & Son. Upon applying for a viewing for the property I spoke to a lovely lady called Heather who had such amazing customer service and helped in any way possible. At the viewing she was very polite and I was lucky enough to be selected for the property, Heather went above and beyond for us when we were making the move. For the short while I've been at the property if there are any problems I am confident that I can ring Heather and she will get everything sorted quickly. She also gives lots of updates too which is amazing! I've never felt better being a private rented tenant than I am now all because of the good customer service and experience I have had from Heather since applying for the property at T Fazakerley and sons.
