Have spoken to the office on numerous occasions saying I don't want gentlemen carers to come but it keeps happening. I eventually refused the carer to come in the house at 6pm. Rang out of hours service and spoke to Jordan who said I would have to be left until the morning when another man was scheduled to come so I would then have been left at least until dinner time. This would be 24 hours between being cared for. I have severe sores which are only going to get worse being left like that. I must emphasise the carers are fantastic and look after me so well. It is is people like Jordan who has difficulty with telling the truth who drag the companies reputation down.

Worst company my brother has ever worked for. They rejected him after he came out as transgender to them so our mum went in and said its discrimination so they took him back on for 3 more shifts in which they then again rejected him claiming he had failed. I believe they only took my brother back on to cover their skin on their transphobia. To further this discrimination, they did not pay my brother on the 11th February when everyone else was payed (hes friends with other workers) and the manager left for the night so he couldnt even discuss his wages. After contacting the office multiple times on Friday 11th February he was told nothing could be done until Sunday 13th February. Today comes around and he has emailed the manager and has not heard anything back. He always writes things down as proof so he has written down the proof of when he worked and is owed a lot of money which is not being paid. Disgraceful!

This company are not caring at all. Most of the Carers are very caring and empathetic. My son had this company commissioned to him on discharge from hospital after suffering a near death experience due to Covid pneumonia then suffering a Covid induced front lobal stroke, rendering him Incontinant and immobile and very depressed and anxious. The management show no empathy or consideration for clients or staff. After 4 and a half months of trying, pleading with this company to adhere to my sons care plan (my son has a severe learning disability, so I advocate for him) The management emailed me that they were withdrawing their services from my son because of my views on their services and because I had a article, naming them, in Wigan Evening newspaper.
