Well set out but expensive

1) Item in stock just about to go and collect and I get a phone call, item not in stock after all, two hours later I get a message my item is ready to collect so I decide to ring the store to make sure on the local number provided, the local store number goes to what I guess is a foreign call center where after a hefty delay I'm told a two day delay so after some consideration as I needed the item for an MOT I cancelled the order and picked my item up from a local motor factor. Poor service on top of still not receiving my club membership number despite being told I'd receive it within the next two hours 3 days ago. Amazingly poor service but full marks for the prompt refund
