Sincerely, do no let your loved one be cared for by Cherish. You really do get what you pay for and this company cuts all the corners it can in care, just to rush to the next appointment. They care more about how many clients they can cram in to slots than the clients themselves, routinely ignored common sense or safeguarding and put my elderly parent in hospital numerous times as a result. They will completely ignore dietary requirements and instead feed inappropriate food and treats daily. I could go on. My parent never came home from the last time they ended up in hospital from the actions of these "carers". Writing to raise concerns will get you nowhere. Social Services look the other way. PLEASE NOTE ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE BY STAFF NOT CLIENTS.

What an absolute disgrace of a company. The lack of care that my family member has endured is absolutely shocking. Speaking to management is a waste of time, your concerns get dismissed and brushed off and youd rarely even get an apology. Ironic that is supposed to be a care agency yet they lack the care component. There are so many things that has happened to my family member whilst they were under their care, theres far to many to list. I am not saying all the carers there are the same, some are absolute angels and treat my family member with the respect and dignity they deserve but others clearly lack the ability to care and its obvious they either lack or have been denied the correct training. How are you letting these so called carers out looking after people when they can't even do the basics. Ohh and it looks well when the only 5 star reviews come from your staff members as you give them a 5 voucher if they write a 5 star review for you absolute jokes!!!

I love working with cherish everyone takes there jobs seriously which is lovely to see i have met some amazing people including staff i love this job and feel like im apart of the team x
