The Petzone

Tried to find it, only to find out the shop itself has closed and now only deals with online purchases but there was no mention of this on their on line site. spent half an hour looking for it walking around before we had to ring them to find out where they are. Better communication would be helpful

Awful experience. Ordered a silver ferret kit for my daughter. Heard nothing until a Facebook post stated they were having a family emergency, fair enough, I was understanding and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Waited 10 days in total with them ignoring messages/phonecalls etc got told they would deliver on a Monday, got a message to say they were running late but would let me an hour before. No message, no delivery. So I rung them, told them to cancel my order on a voicemail (as they wouldnt answer) 2 days later they turn up with ferret which my partner took in not knowing that I'd cancelled. Ferret is not a baby, isn't silver and is covered in bite wounds, scabs and missing fur! Have photos to prove. messaged to tell them to collect him and to not charge me any money as I'd cancelled but no reply and now they've taken payment! Absolutely awful!

So far I've had a kakariki and a quaker parrot from petzone both quality birds will definitely be buying more from petzone.....highly recommended
