        Mike Ashley and fraser group now own this land and they are trying to get their money back from parking fines as you only have 3 hours to shop there... But they are clearly committed to "elevating bricks and mortar retail" as their spokesman said. How does that work? Also a "modern aspirational shopping destitaion" Ha, what a joke. They said they are excited to breathe new life in to the area.... but its going to cost us! Bunch of greedy money grabbing... ( you can fill in the rest )

        Nice Retail Park, a mix of shops and food establishments. The road layout of the retail park is not very well designed and is difficult to navigate around for someone visiting for the first time.
