        Excellent receptionist, couldn't be more helpful. Dr rang me within minutes, asked me to attend, Dr Graham was absolutely lovely, sorted everything out, couldn't wish for better practice.

        My Mum, Beryl Bradley, has just spent 40 mins to get an appointment for my step dad, only to be told to ring back tomorrow. She rang bang on 8:45am and was number 9 in the queue. Surely you provide more than 8 appointments a day. My stepdad suffers with dementia, has had a fall and feels like his life isn't worth living. You told her to ring tomorrow, ring Mind Matters, go to the walk in centre or go to the chemist. I'm sorry, but it's a joke. My Mum is 70 for God's sake. You really are a disgrace. How can you treat (or not) people like that? People that have worked all their lives. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops to see a doctor. Stop using covid as an excuse, stop making pensioners go online, stop being so dismissive and start doing what you're paid to do by the government.
