We as many other bodyshops have realised that the talent required in our industry has not been nurtured in recent years. We have supported Autoraise for a number of years but have been guilty of not trying hard enough to recruit or promote what a wonderful industry we are. I decided that we needed to get a number of apprentices on board and thought I would reach out to Autoraise for some Guidance. Jen has been fantastic at steering us through the process and has even managed to help us source funding from Saint Gobain for all 4 Apprentices!. She has put me in touch with local a local College and helped us create an advert to use to attract the talent required. I am please to say that one apprentice has already started with us and a few more are in the pipeline, a very big and sincere thank you to Jen for all of her support and advice, you made the process much easier. We will continue to support Autoraise and would encourage other to do the same. Carl Prosser

I would like to express a big thank you to AutoRaise, in particular to Jen Evans, with whom I had a pleasure to work with when looking for new apprentices. Jen is extremely professional and supportive, always making sure that I understand each step of the recruitment process. We stopped employing apprentices around four years ago when our training partner at the time decided to abandon their body repair program. After doing some research, we were recommended to engage with AutoRaise by our trade association (The NBRA in particular Chris Weeks). Id have to say this is proving to be one of the best business decisions we have made in long time. Thanks for your help Jen, your a star.
