The best step I took was to apply online. Shortly after, I got scheduled for an interview. My interview with Jaide was great, she made me feel at ease, her career with Helping Hands is so inspiring. I was given plenty of information for hiring proces and an offer letter. On Women's Day was induction: we were a group of 4 new hires. Very insightful day: For starter, Jaide delivered a great training: We reviewed every aspect of our duty of care within the company policies. Then, Laura joined us for practical training: manual handling & first aid. Her knowledge is impressive. In addition, Katrina with her skilled expertise in safeguarding. Also gave us awareness regarding health &safety. Finally, I managed to gather all documentation for HR. All is done online, which is brilliant. Jaide kept me informed about every steps. From background checks to getting my uniform. Currently, finalising my onboarding, I already got access to refresher and mandatory training. Now it's your turn, apply!!!
