At a time when sourcing toys from China I found real problems finding a Smoby Megagliss slide but discovered a firm called Minuenta on Google. They offered the item that I wanted with a great price and a very short delivery promise. I had excellent response from telephone enquiries and placed an order. Everything was perfect - The slide arrived as promised with fabulous couriers and I am delighted. Granddaughter says it is the biggest slide in the world! Congratulations to Minuenta Thanks Barry

Very very poor customer service beware! do not buy for a special occasion as I bought an expensive playhouse 300+ when unpacked it was badly broken in many places Minuenta made difficult to have new parts ordered. I explained that I had paid for someone to come and install the house for me and had to pay them regardless of the pieces being broken but no concern what so ever to compensate for this cost that wasn't much or time or disappointment, just a cavalier attitude of we have covered ourselves by arranging replacements (not received yet). Shame they do not want to provide a good service. just like it or lump it attitude I will not be buying again from them.

Fast delivery and helpful delivery driver few problems but was sorted rapidly. first problem was when it was delivered to the billing address not the delivery address, and not on the day stated. But luckily the person who it was for was at the billing address at the time the driver nocked with it and luckily the delivery address was not far. The driver was more than happy to redirect to the correct place. And the next problem was when we opened it we had 2 cracked side pieces in but when minuenta was made aware of this the fast tracked replacement parts and was so apologetic even tho sometimes this cant be helped in transit. Very good service thank you

Very competitive online price for the Smoby Sand/Water table I ordered. Ordering was simple, communication by email very good and the table arrived as arranged. Would use this company again.
