Never buying from them again. No phone number, no response to emails or online messager and when I finally got through on Facebook I got told they were looking into it. Multiple chases and nearly a month (!) after I ordered... Just told they 'don't have they stock, they had some issues, sorry'. Waste of my time, waste of effort. Wish I had listened to all the other people on here.

Myself and several other people have been scammed by this business - do not spend your money here. I placed an online order and after hearing nothing about shipping for over a week, I asked for an update via email, to which they ignored, as well as being impossible to reach by phone. After finally getting a response through Facebook, in which they admitted they could not fulfil my order, the owner then ignored my messages attempting to initiate a refund process. Like others, I have had to put in a claim with my bank to get my money back. If the owner has anything to say about why he has decided it is acceptable to violate consumer rights and take money from customers without giving them what they paid for, I would sincerely love to hear it, but I expect he will ignore this just as he ignores everyone else he has wronged. I have reported Nerd Shak to trading standards and I hope no one else is scammed by this incompetent business.

Ordered twice from here and twice had issues. First time they didn't have the stock for one of a few items ordered. Promised a refund which never came had to do a paypal dispute to finally get it back. Second time I thought i would give them another chance as the items that arrived were well priced and all fine. I placed an order for 160 worth of GW models back in February. Have since been waiting... no dispatch info no communication nothing. I have had 2 emails ignored and live chat just doesn't work. Will be doing a CC chargeback today. If they don't have stock then at least keep the customer in the loop. Or maybe stop selling GW if you aren't able to fulfil these orders. Would say in person may be a better experience but I wouldn't buy anything from them online.
