The actual engineer who came out was excellent, then last Jan when the service was due for warranty, we had contact issues. However managed get it done by the same great engineer This month failed payment warnings, looked for the company and it has gone bust, but payments had continued. I know it's been tough, but to continue to take payment was just fraudulent. Service: Heating system installation

Edit: Have to change this review, as what this company is doing is just criminal at this point! I don't know if Plum-UK Ltd still exists, but leaving this review, so I at least warn others. We had the boiler fitted last summer and when yearly service was approaching, no amount of calls or emails could help us get in touch, eventually emails even started bouncing back. Naturally the conclusion was they went bankrupt, but the interesting part was that my mum's account kept getting charged! And it was a lot of pain going through calls and chats and going personally to the bank to stop those monthly subscription payments! Now she has started receiving emails informing her of the failed payments and that there will be other attempts made. The audacity! This is just ridiculous and hilarious at the same time! How could you possibly treat your customers like that!? Not inform them of what's going on with the company and then closing everything else, but leaving the automayed charge on!? How horrible can you be? Initial review: Great service! The new boiler was fitted nicely! They were efficient, careful, polite, clean and agreed to my request to put on plastic shoe covers when entering certain areas. Service: Heating system maintenance

I'm struggling now in no man's land with a problem after a boiler installation this company did 10 months ago. I can't get in touch with them after a week of trying and leaving messages both on Duane's mobile and the office. I've been to pimbo but couldn't locate the offices for plum-uk and I found on my mobile the number of an ex employee who hinted that they have gone out of business. WARNING. I'd advise to look elsewhere. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Water heater installation
