Got an appointment for today at 4 a clock for mot. The phone number is for appointments only, no information is provided. I went before by car to Vauxhal where I didn't paid anything because I didn't pass the mot. The ladies at the reception are very rude, they yell at you and they don't know how to explain the situation. The one which takes the appointments slapped the sheet in front of me and told me to pay cash or card without explaining why or how I could solve the problems with the car. I don't think it's normal at all to pay for something that hasn't passed. I got the worst possible experience with the people at Lindons Garage.
