Good company, friendly, helpful and and reliable people. We have rented a house for 4 years with Your Lets. It was very important for us, to make the contract quick, because we just travelled over to find the house few week before we really moved. So, we were able to make the contract and all of the paperwork in one day time. Thanks William again! Whenever we had any problem, drain stuck or water issue, we just called and they have sent a man to fix the problem. Your Lets is the best agency for us ! In the past I am rented an property in Skelmersdale and they are rented for me and my family a very good and clean property. I remember that the Covid-19 is coming on the first time after 3 months the company where I was working like a lorry driver is failed and they are closed the factory Salats To Go, after that I spoken with Your Lets agency about this problem and they are find out an option for me to pay less for my rent until I am able to pay normally for the rent like before the pandemic period. Of course I am fixed very quick the problem with my job and I dont need it to pay less for my rent,but I am was surprised how is possible that and how people like me from another country is agreed from English agency and how they are supporting us in the difficult situation like Covid-19! So yeah if someone else is looking to rent a house definitely Your Lets is the best option that you will find and never you will not be disappointed of your choice !
