We don't really leave reviews as I,m not really a whizz kid on the computer and probably a little laziness but on this occasion I feel absolutely compelled to leave a review we got a Dru fire from Warm Living in Wigan and all that goes with it false chimney breast to hold large tv and the base etc, anyhow it turned out to be quite a big job and more work gone into it than anticipated also it was quite expensive and for this reason we visited about half a dozen suppliers Bolton Blackpool Ramsbottom etc the list goes on anyhow we finally decided to go with Tony at Warm Living and the reason for this review is just to say it is one of the best decisions that I have ever made from start to finish Tony was on hand to answer our Millions of questions and the fitter Mark was absolutely amazing before he did anything he would check with me is this ok is that okay, brilliant his attention to detail was second to none, he tidied up every day very polite and respectfull and his work was genuinely to the millimetre as was the electrician and the plasterer all in all a great experience and I would recommend them 100% or you could do what we did and go round the rest and end up with the best. I will post photos when finished decorated carpet down etc.

Both Ian and Tony in the showroom were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They arranged to work around other works I was undertaking and when a problem was encountered which rendered the fire I had selected unsuitable they worked with me and found an almost identical suitable replacement very quickly. This meant the fireplace I had chosen needed resizing, again this was resolved without fuss. Despite these issues the original installation date was met and the original price unchanged. Dan, who fitted the fireplace and fire, was meticulous in making sure everything was perfect and fully cleaned before leaving. All in all a professional and friendly service from beginning to end. I definitely recommend Warm Living.

Absolutely love my new fire. All my friends have serious fire envy! From first visiting the showroom through to installation I received knowledgeable advice and can't fault anything. Thankyou so much.

Service superb - Tony was friendly and very professional. Mark fitted the fireplace very efficiently and was also very personable. Quality of fireplace excellent and I am very pleased with the finished product
