Bought nearly a grands worth of bathroom from this place. It was all delivered around two weeks later, with hardly any communication. It all arrived on a wrapped pallet, which as we had a long wait for our fitter, We left it all wrapped in my neighbours garage for safety reasons. When we came to get it fitted we found the sink vanity unit was missing, but they had supplied the top, sink, and handles, so basically just the carcass and doors missing. I reported this as soon as we realised via the website. They don't take any phone calls, and live web chat is useless. I received a response saying you have 48 hours to report any damage or shortage. I understand it was a while after, but who strips down a pallet on delivery? They said they don't carry that item in stock anymore (it actually shows as in stock on the website today) They said they could source me one, but it would be chargeable. I wouldn't give them any more of my money. I've had to shell out 200 for a new one, even though I have the sink and all accessories. Customer service is none existent, I wouldn't ever use this outfit again.

The absolute WORST online ordering experience I've ever had. Terrible business ethics, communication, policies and systems. The 2 month long ordeal in dealing with this company and the disaster of an order is too long to add to this review... but I wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy. Still waiting for a refund as well as being told an item is out of stock after chasing, well after expected delivery date. This is after them advertising the wrong item and making me jump through rings of fire to correct their mistake! Do NOT believe all these fake 5 star reviews that have started popping up en masse... they're trying to rescue their terrible review score which is a true reflection of their pathetic company. Everyone should be reporting these fake reviews to have them removed. Trading standards have been contacted.
