They installed Daikin heating system in my property and heat pump is gone I asked them to provide me with part or service to resolve heating Daikin provide part only to installers. i have 2 young children on hot water and heating! thy refused to do anything. West customer Service I have ever come across.

Avoid at all costs! My elderly mother used this company to have a new boiler fitted through the government scheme. Since the boiler has been fitted we have been plagued with problems through their lack of competence. Overflow pipe incorrectly fitted over the back door which resulted in pouring water turning to ice directly outside my mothers back doorway. Incorrect piping used in the loft resulting in a leak which ruined the bedroom ceiling. Faulty control panel fitted. The list goes on.... I'd also like to point out that if the company sees fit to reply to my review that we have all the problems documented and can supply proof. Thinking of a new boiler? Use a reputable company who CARE about the quality of workmanship that they provide. Service: Heating system installation

Avoid at all cost. Installed Boiler as part of home eco grant and caused nothing but nightmares. Installed piping wrong leading to an obsessive run, put foot through living room ceiling, ripped smoke alarm from ceiling with screws attached and didn't even reinstall,broke family photos hid them, left father without hot water for a week, left 4 bricks out of the wall overnight during winter leading to my 60+ year old father being extremely cold, destroyed the joists due to cutting 3x past the building regs, even the boiler had been wired up using an old food processor plug. Honestly the worst company I've dealt with. Upon being forced back out by Eon the continued to again butcher their rectifying work. My disabled elderly father tried to contact Dave from the company to discuss the problems only to be told he was a liar and then what proceeded to be a personal attack insulting and mocking him. I can only presume that Dave being (ex military) uses this dull and lacklustre persona to give him self confidence in his life and talk to disabled elderly gentleman disgustingly. Eon finally sent out another firm and the experience was night and day. Do what I should of done and read these bad reviews and avoid this shambles outfit of bullies and insecure men. Editing in response to the reply. If these comments are inaccurate why did EON have to send out another team to complete the work and then give us compensation? The fact is we did try to speak to you but your company has disgusting behavior towards its elderly clients. The reviews on this page speak volumes of what a waste of space company this is.
