Elite bathrooms & Tiling

This is the second time that we have used Elite Bathrooms and Tiling to renew our floor tiles and would without hesitation recommend them to anybody. The proffesionalism and workmanship is of the highest standard. Mike was very polite and went about the task of tiling in an efficient and friendly manner and was extremely tidy in his work, leaving the rooms as clean and useable as possible at the end of each day. Mike was also not only reliably punctual to quote for the job, but actually came ahead of his predicted date to attend to the job. Thats not entirely true is it mate. when we booked with you, you said there would be a few months wait, after a couple of delays from your end when the time come you finally told us you'd taken a commercial contract and that would be taking precedent over your own customers for a while, but if we would wait 2 more months you promised we'd be the next job you'd do. Time came and you tell us you started another job and there was a hold up so it would be pushed back again. Then stopped replying to messages. If you'd priced it too cheap and that was the issue you could have just been honest with us rather than messing us about and keeping us hanging on for no reason. We'd rather you'd just been honest and said you needed to reprice rather than messing us around if thats the reason. Were now back to the end of at the line with another company after waiting since November with you. Learn form our mistake and go elsewhere
