        Very poor indeed. Specifically took the van in for a quotation but was charged hundreds more than quoted without a phone call prior to confirm I was happy for the change. We were charged extra to replace a part they broke. After forking out 1750 two months later the same main fault returned anyway. I emailed to ask what they could do about it and this email was ignored. They'll take your money and then some, but they may not successfully repair your tail lift. Avoid

        I can't praise them enough. They have been helping us to fix the tail lifts for our vans. Always helpful, very polite and with a can do attitude. I am really impressed and wish more companies had this kind of approach to customers. Very well done and thank you for your help. Kroop Group Ltd
