Went to buy 4 phones out of my pension as a treat for the family daughters all excited ONLY living 10min away when we got there we waited 15mins for the Staff to get up of there backsides on eating what ever one chewing her gum. Asked them about the Samsung A21s and I wanted 4 of them might of well been invisible they were can't be arsed attitude and in-between SO WHAT AND WORK IT OUT YOURSELF they got 4 phones out with there attitude told them no dont want them so I decided to complain which nothing was ever done so I took the family to Hindley which is out of my way what a breath of fresh air explained the the young people behind the counter which Greater us straight away what had just happened they told me amount of time people had said similar and a old man the day before wanted a phone they were awful with him at Wigan I bought my 4 phones of Hindley which the young lady who is the Manager there and the young Chap was so helpful and we felt like we new them forever it was 30 to 45 mins with them while they explained how when were to use our phones outstanding Hindley . Anyway I broke my phone today and guess what I went to HINDLEY AND THE SAME LAD WAS THERE WHO REMEMBERED ME AND MY FAMILY and another young lad was there how flipping helpfully they both were going out my way again was worth it to get the attention customers deserve a big well done Hindley Keep it up and Wigan I would rather chew my right arm off than buy a phone of your store and the arrogant people who run it .
