I bought a new watch and phone which are great,however I have had more marketing calls, junk calls in three weeks than I ever had from my last provider who I was with for 8 years. They have sold my details to lots of marketing sites. I also changed my broadband provider and was told it was EE but it was bt and they never installed the equipment correctly. After three and half hours of ringing and being passed to this department then another I was basically told tough your now in a contract so it will cost to leave. I tried to go back to my old provider and bt blocked me, it has been a nightmare. I think one star is far too kind to this company, I have been betrayed in every way. I would change my number but they will sell that one as well. Very poor stay clear, I will leave as soon as I can. Also the watch only lasts 6 hrs then goes dead, ee are fully aware. This review is not against the shop. I have now been with them for few months and they put both contracts up 100 which is in the small print, Stay clear. Thanks Sam if you exists but despite all my telephone calls no one is interested
