        I have long-term medical condition and buy things from online to save us money. We have had some packages sent to this off licence as sometimes its noticeably cheaper than home delivery. My partner has kindly picked up the first few for me as was not well but after this a gentleman who also works there was the only one present and started refusing him the parcels. I send all the codes and info from the delivery to my partners phone and he has tried to talk to the man about this. But the worker said no parcels without photo I.D.... I don't even have photo I.D. for myself at present. 6 days the parcel has been there and it for my boyfriend who is being refused! I spent a while this morning trying to call the shop but the number listed online was invalid. So I suggested the listing remove it. This is a ludicrous situation and I would like to just pick up my BOYFRIEND'S parcel I got him.
