Absolutely awful service. Took something to the post office. They didn't know where envelopes where. Didn't have a pen. Had to buy pens that didn't work. Was served by a lad who didn't have a clue. I will never step foot In there Again. He even said you still have to pay for these pens even though none work I appreciate the reply and hope the member of staff gets spoken to. I work in retail myself and wouldn't dream of speaking to customers like that. It's was awful and Infront of my children
