I visit this store to collect my online order. Because I arrived with my dog they ask me to leave the store and come back other time, I explained to her is only collect and I will be in only few seconds because you don't have any space to leave my dog outside. So, they ask me to wait outside and someone will pass my order. On the door they have sticker to say only guide dogs are allowed but in the same time they sell products for pets!!!!! So, you want my pet as a costumer but is not allowed to come in . I don't know, maybe I am wrong but in my mind that is not right. So, I didn't like how the treat me and my dog and I will never visit again Lloyds pharmacy.

after a good start.once again been let down 3 times with my repeat prescriptions.unfriendly staff.miserable.seem thet dont want to be there.iv moved elsewhere to friendlier caring staff
