This company have recently re-roofed our house and we can highly recommend them. All dates were kept, and the workmen, Craig, Andy and the young apprentice arrived early each day and worked extremely hard throughout some difficult weather situations. Always polite and nothing too much trouble for them. Over one week-end we had terrific gales and storms and to our surprise Scott and Craig came out at 8.00 am on the Saturday morning to do a check. If we did have a problem Emma, in their office, was always on hand to sort out. Well done Expert Roofing.

Terrible service, poor workmanship and shocking communication. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! We had our ridge tiles pointed 2 years ago by this company and it was such a bad job they had to come back to do it a year later as the cement was flaking off and falling from the roof risking hitting cars and people below. They did the job again but once again the men used little cement and it flaked away and started falling off the roof. So we called the company in approx May/June 2021 to fix the job. Several managers came out and eventually agreed it was shoddy work and not enough cement was used. They said they needed to put scaffolding up around the house because they're not allowed to walk on the roof now. They also asked if we could cover cost of scaffolding!! Approx a month later scaffolders came and put it up at the back only because apparently they could use a cherry picker for the other three sides of roof. Shortly after a young lad spent a day in approx July doing one side of the roof. The team were not to be seen again. We had to ring and ask for the scaffolding to be removed. They said they had a staff shortage and no one skilled to remove it over a conservatory. So along they come approx end of Aug and take it away. There were still three sides of the roof to repair. Several dates booked in and several no shows. Again told its staff shortages. Eventually booked in the diary for Sept, first day no show due to drizzle in the morning despite the forecast showing clear the remainder of the day and 20 degrees. Next day boys turn up and work till 1030 as it then started to rain. No contact since. We called today and were informed the cherry picker needed for the job is now off the road as it failed its MOT. ..and they say "our philosophy is simple. Do it once and do it right"... This is so hilariously far removed from our experience. Please avoid at all costs. A shambles from start to finish! There are really only so many apologies I can listen to in 6 months!! Its just not excusable and this point. Service: Roof repair
