We have ordered food from milano in pemberton using just eat on a few occasions, and have always been happy with the food and delivery. Having opted to pay cash on this occasion, when the food arrived, the delivery driver had no change, offered no solution other than to pay what we had. We ended up paying 40.00 for a 29.00 order, which i find excessive. The change we had was going to be our tip for the driver, 3.00 which would be more appropriate. When I contacted just eat, they said because it was a cash order, the driver was employed through the restaurant and not just eat. We order takeout most weekends and had thought we had found a restaurant that offered good food and was honest, clearly not. I would recommend to anyone ordering food with cash to have the correct change or do as I will from now on and just avoid.
