        needed to return a faulty controller fort a known issue which there is many forums online for, the staff tested it for 10 seconds deemed it as not faulty and that was it, so i am now stuck with a broken controller which i cant sell which was also 150. staff seem to think that the money is going to come out of their wages. extremely unhelpful and uninterested.

        Really miss the old store and feel this is the downfall of GAME because no one will know the shop is upstairs in sports direct , they probably won't have as many sales as everyone prefers digital pre-orders due to covid and midnight launches have become a thing of the past.
