So pleased with my new Mackintosh kitchen, designed & installed by Mark Johnson Kitchens Ltd. Professional from start to finish, but friendly & approachable too. Jason worked with us on each detail, offering advice & design ideas to compliment our own thoughts. My new kitchen is practical, beautiful & stylish with a very fine finish. From start to finish Jason and his team have been excellent. Starting with a relaxed consultation with great ideas of how to create our dream kitchen. Once agreed on a design Jason seamlessly sorted the rest. These trades Jason uses were excellent especially Graham from Hutchinson's who was able to adapt to ensure a flawless finish in our 1930's home with all its quirks. Having lived with the completed kitchen for over a month the attention to detail and catering to our needs has been very apparent. Thank you to Jason and his team from Mark Johnson Kitchens. In April of last year we moved into a new home. We knew that we wanted to open up the kitchen and dining rooms and add an Orangery to facilitate an open plan family kitchen and living space. We researched kitchen installers and met with four of them to see if they could make our dream space a reality. It was important to us that our point of contact was able to interpret our ideas and take them onboard whilst steering us away from ideas that might not be best suited to the space. We also wanted to establish a good rapport with whoever we chose to do the project. We very quickly decided that Jason was the person for the job. He was approachable, a good listener and came up with a design which was innovative and suited our needs and wants. We spent many hours honing the design and nothing was too much trouble for Jason. He was very patient and offered excellent suggestions and ideas throughout the process. When the Orangery (designed and built by Clearview whom we would also recommend) was finished, the kitchen installation started. The fitter Graham was lovely and very meticulous in his work. Despite the size of the project and its complexities the whole build and fit out was done quickly and efficiently. Any problem encountered was met with a solution and Jason was a consummate professional throughout the whole experience. We would not hesitate to advise others with a similar kitchen project to meet with him and let him use his expertise to produce the kitchen of your dreams. We were looking to replace our worktops, sink and taps in our kitchen, but couldnt decide on what product or even what colour. We called into Mark Johnson kitchens and we are totally overwhelmed by the choices. Jason, very quickly reassured us as to which product would best suit our requirements. Explaining in great detail all the pros and cons about every product available. We eventually decided on quartz and then faced the daunting task of what colour. Once again, Jason gave us the time and space to make this choice without any pressure. Everything arrived, and was fitted within the timeframe specified in a professional and pleasant way. (July 2021). We spent a lot of time searching for the ideal TV/media unit for us, without any luck. So we made an appointment to see Jason to see if he could help us. Once again, nothing was too much trouble, and Jason spent a long time listening to us and working with us to design the perfect unit. Within a couple of days, Jason had sent us some drawings of our ideal unit and we placed the order. The units arrived, and were delivered on time. Then fitted by Craig and Stephen (approved fitters from MJK). Craig and Stephen were very patient with us.(As I am a real pain for things, lining up and gaps being equal) showing us different options as to how the units could be fitted. Once again the whole experience was trouble-free from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use, or recommend Mark Johnson kitchens in the future.
