    If I could give it 0 stars I would. Rude Asian male who speak to you like dirt. Tried to collect yodel.parcel and has me rummaging through the piles as he has no idea where it is. Then talks in another language on his phone all the time to others. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....RUDE RUDE MEN

    Absolutely shocking customer service by a Asian man called sahli I think. He's rude. Obnoxious, looks down his nose. Refused to give me my parcel. He's absolutely horrible. A few times I've had to deal with him he's told me collecting and sending parcels is very inconvenient for him. Made me bag it all up. He's awful. I will never return. He should be sacked

    Asked to pay up front as they apparently have an issue with people leaving without paying. I paid 20 up front, my bike only needed 17 to fill. Did they refund the 3? No, of course they kept it.

    I went to drop off a Yodel parcel today, and the customer service representative asked me to move the car before taking any parcel, so I said my apologies and moved the car, and yet I noticed that no vehicles have been waiting for fuel or in line - I don't understand why he wants me to move the car - it will only take two seconds to scan my parcel - I investigated about the complaint procedure, and he said he didn't know the owner or the complaint procedure - ignore me - I though BP having a team to fortraining "I like to see some good smileyface "Specially on morning to make my day better - Such bad experience from BP Garage -
