Glamour Point

Went to Glamour point today. Bought a few items, roughly adding up to 28-29 and they added it up in their head and charged us 31.95. At least 2 or 3 out with no explaining why. Stop harassing people in your shop, we don't want help. I want you to concentrate on getting the bills right, and get a proper till because I will not be coming back.

Over eager staff to sell you things.feels like vyour being brought down by a bunch of hyenas as you enter the store.let people browse and shop in peace.stop this aggressive sales.

couldnt have a proper look at what i wanted because the staff are always coming over pestering . hate this shop .

Went in here with my sister for the first time and was having a look around, the staff would NOT leave us alone and kept asking if we were "alright" every 5 seconds. I was polite the first 4 times but the same woman came up to us 3 times in a row and then went over to her co-workers to chat, next minute her co-workers came over to ask us as well one by one. Felt like they thought we were stealing or maybe they just don't understand basic social skills. Personally I can't stand when I'm trying to look around a shop and people keep asking me if I need help all the time. Was going to buy something but noticed the nail polish was old and had separated. Wont go in here again since the products are probably cheap knockoffs or dried up, and because of the annoying and rude staff. P.S I would be careful with the 5 star reviews, they are probably fake. Seems a bit fishy when almost every 5 star review says "alladins cave".

Ive been going here for years for hubbys aftershave staff are always helpfull and plesant will be back here again next week
