Northwest Chimney Services installed my wood burning stove and did a brilliant job! They were friendly and competent throughout the process, advising me on the options available, and concentrating on ensuring that we chose installation options that were right for us, and not simply the most profitable option for them. The stove has been in a month, and operates like a dream; Lights easily, and kicks out so much heat that we haven't needed to turn on the heating yet! They gave us a clear timeline for installation, and kept us informed and updated throughout. We've had bad experiences with some other companies, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northwest Chimney services to anybody! Thanks for your great work!

Totally delighted with my new log burner that Northwest Chimney installed. The team were fantastic & really helpful informing me fully with what they were doing. And given excellent advice with using it and looking after it. They also corrected an old burner in another room which had been installed incorrectly. When they had finished everything was left immaculate and I had nothing to do .. Perfect service and I would recommend them for the excellent work, honest to a fault .. What more can I say !
