My boiler broke in the freezing conditions just before Christmas. Premier gas came out within a week and fitted a new boiler. Was given a date and time and the fitter arrived promptly and kept me informed of what time he would be finished. Received a phonecall to ask if everything had gone to plan a few days later. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Service: Heating system installation

Booked a annual boiler service with this company towards the end of January, was told they only service boilers on a Fridays and they were booked up until the 24th February, booked it despite contacting them the day before to see what time they were due to come, they said they hadn't put it in the diary but definitely come, guess what they never did arrive they didn't even have the courtesy to get in touch so if you require a boiler service beware they might not turn up. I recommend you use pemberton plumbing they came at short notice and did a excellent job and were very courteous and friendly highly recommended, so in the future I will stay away from premier gas and won't recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely made up with the service. New boiler fitted, extra radiators and older pipe work swapped out that the previous owner had self fitted. I originally picked a boiler I wanted but was advised on another that was cheaper and would run my home no issues which was a bonus and showing they was customer focused. The lads arrived when agreed, grafted all day and when they left its like they hadnt been. Floors replaced fully cleaned up. Even fixed the wobbly tap in the bathroom that wasnt part of the job . I will be a repeat customer 100% and fully recommend this company. Services: Heating system installation, Thermostat installation

Had a failing central heating boiler, Premier did a no cost house visit to establish if a repair was value for money, they recommended that we could contact Worcester Bosch direct for second opinion etc we decided on new boiler which was installed 2 days later with minimal disruption excellent service, great value for money, would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of a central heating boiler Service: Heating system installation
