        I attended in person to store today. Due to a technical error. (No fault of tui). It was a complex problem to solve. I spoke to Charlie and Hayley. These girls know their stuff! I was expecting to be there for ages. Nope! These girls sorted the issue out smoothly in no time. So friendly and helpful. Straight on it, sorting out someone else's mistake. Didn't leave me there in silence, kept me updated with what they were doing. So happy with today's visit. Chocolates well deserved!

        We have been booking holidays with TUI at Robin Park for years and are never disappointed with the courteous, professional, high quality service provided by the best- Joanne. Her passion and ambition are infectious, and her willingness to go the extra mile is second to none. Her knowledge is superb and she shows all her enthusiasm with patience and a huge smile.

        We always use the Tui Superstore at Robin Park to book our holidays as Chris and his team are knowledgeable about destinations and super helpful .A big shout to Joanne Thompson who has booked all our holidays for last 3 years (even though we probably drove her mad) we had a laugh, a massive thankyou we wouldnt book with anyone else .We would highly recommend this store.
