Kosikare Embroider

Made an order of some sample units to assess the quality and fit, waited for over two weeks despite a one-week guarantee of shipping with no communication from KosiKare. Emailed customer support but received no reply. Phoned multiple times and was told once to call back another day because they were too busy, and then during the second call was told the same thing but after pushing for an update, was told the items we ordered were discontinued but they'd forgotten to update their website. Ordered from a cheaper non-local supplier and thankfully received our sample units next-day. Avoid this company if you're looking for honesty, timeliness or communication.

I've used Kosikare a couple of times for work clothing with logo embroidered onto them, and I find their service very good, will be using again in the future for sure
