PHG Stair Spindles

Product was good, after care and customer service horrendous and they have no interest in putting an order right if it is incorrect. Constantly chased them for an invoice (we are a business so need for accountancy purposes) since August and promise to send but never received. Really frustrating company to deal with.

WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM! My biggest regret ever buy from this company. I placed an order for spindles back in beginning of September and its now December which is 3 months i have still not received my order. I have been given 3 dates for delivery which never came to light, i have young kids in my house which hazards is visible. Everytime i chasethem i get lot of B***S**t, guess who is to blame Mr Covid and Mr Courier, They are very fast to take your money but the item will never show up. Don't bother send an email to the management team, they are bad as the others. DISGUSTING SERVICE.

Cant understand why this really helpful company hasn't got a 5 star rating. The products were of excellent quality. Everyone loves what we have done with their products.
