Jan makes you feel really at ease and is very good at what she does. She takes the time to listen and understands trauma well. She also tailors your massage to your needs which is really good. Would definitely recommend.

I booked a massage with Jan after I found her on google. I was suffering from upper back discomfort and tightness. After a great consultation, where Jan gave me some excellent advice on what to do to improve posture and overall wellbeing, I was given one of the best massages I have ever had. Jan really focussed on my pain points and it relieved a lot of tightness around my shoulders and upper back. I will definitely be returning!

I went for a bespoke neck and back massage just under a week ago. Having suffered with neck pain for years due to a bad whiplash accident, I have finally found a therapist who can help to alleviate the pain. Jan took her time to understand my needs and I cant wait for my next treatment. I highly recommend Jan at Cryo Massage.

I had a course of 9 sessions of MLD therapy. Having never had any type of massage or treatment previously, Jan instantly put me at ease, talking through the treatment process and managing expectations. The sessions were tailored to my personal needs. The benefits were immediately obvious and this encouraged me to stick with the treatment. I found Jan very warm and personable and would happily recommend her services.
