        I actually wanted to give this shower of s**t no stars, but was unable. I had one of their so called engineers (and I use that term very loosely,) call to my property back in January this year to inspect a faulty radiator valve. The feckless lump who was masquerading as an "engineer" spent a total of 60 seconds inspecting the said part before deciding it needed to be replaced, he then proceeded to lie down on my my floor and watch TV for the next 15 minutes, as he didn't want to commit to his next job as he wanted to avoid getting home late. I have since found out that they have invoiced my housing provider for work they haven't actually completed.....
