had to phone up this place 3 times in day to ask the receptionist to ask my worker to ring me as i have lost her contact number tried to tell the receptionist my name loads of times even told her my new number she was pretending to read it out wrong had to do another referal

Absolutely disgraceful the way the receptionist speaks to people this is supposed to be a support centre for unwell people how can people get better when they are spoken to in such a manner. Shame on you
