        Just spoke with a lady on the phone who had a foreign accent she had a very curt manner, and a habit of talking over you before you could fully explain yourself. I rang with red letter day vouchers and was treated like I was expecting something for free, if you can't offer a decent level of service to red letter days customers then don't use them. I had 200 worth of vouchers to spend with you, how dare you treat me like I was expecting something for nothing !
