        Ive just completed the 8 week challenge and its changed everything about me... not just physically but my mentality towards going the gym aswell. Andy and the team, Paul and Andrew are all friendly professionals and have motivated me with strong encouragement. The diet plan has been spot on, saving me money by not buying booze & bad foods. I'd highly recommend TF1 Gym to anyone. Thanks men
