This is a great gym , all staff are friendly and helpful , I did a class with Liam , he was fab, I'm deaf and he used his phone to tell me instructions when I couldn't hear ! Really good of him , and a great class , trax he was a great trainer and really knew his stuff !! I've done rox and body combat too which are good , the pool and steam room are good and the changing rooms spotless (as is the gym floor!) they also have a good selection of protein products near the reception !! All staff are really friendly and work tirelessly, another mention to Nic who translated class instructions for me today also in Rox!
