Iv been in and out of gyms, trying different diets for years. Matt has constantly given me friendly advice, tips and support to help my training and ultimatley maintain a healthy diet alongside my busy family life. Matts knowledge on nutrition and technique is outstading, since setting up his own gym it felt like the best thing to do was follow him and I haven't looked back.
