Terry John & Christian wer amazing from the go. Christian went above and beyond working till daft o'clock to get me up and running could seriously not have had a better team of fellas. Amazing team and lovely manners had me laughing alm day. A huge thank you to all of you. Loft guys wer lovely feel awful as I didnt get there name to give them as much praise. 10/10 these fellas & company highly recommend I'm 1 happy bunny

Firstly, if I could mark lower than 1 star I would. Initially, they appeared very professional over the phone and the two surveyors that visited my property were too. They assessed my home for a complete gas central heating system and all checked out that I was on the benefits required and I was and so signed all electronic paperwork required. I was very wary as I'd never had a grant before, but they assured me that there was nothing to worry about and I would be nice and warm within a few weeks. As I was all-electric with modern storage heaters and no gas they said I would require the gas meter fitted which I organized. The surveyors went over everything with me, where the boiler was going and radiators would be placed instead of storage heaters. Then the ragtag crew of 5 came round NOT following any Covid-19 guidelines (not even a mask) and started complaining immediately they came in my home about where the surveyors had said items were being fitted and disagreeing. Then complained that I had laminated floors throughout and fitted wardrobes so their job would not be straightforward and never get it done in a day and so would lose money. My floors would also end up a mess. They were not taking out storage heaters and putting smaller radiators and not enough in the house that was required, and also fitting them all on one side off the house?, or I would have visible piping running along my ceiling. I'm disabled and had turned my storage heaters off 2 days before as instructed by them and so it was freezing. They went to phone the office (not a happy posse) and I'd decided there and then they were not continuing after what they had told me, and their office also agreed on his return. (they got back on their horses and went - as cowboys do) The day after someone phoned from the company and simply said without any apologies, simply "we don't think you qualified for heating anyway?" I've now a bill for 140 to remove a gas meter I don't need or will ever require, and they're not interested and have ignored my emails. Horrible experience and will not look at any other grants available because of this company.
