We were recommended this company by acfriend they performed an excellent job corvus in 2019, couldn't praise them enough. This year a differnt engineer arrives took one look at the fire & announces " I can't do that! " When asked why he said because our house is up for sale & we needed a different type of vent . I work in public sector & amused to communicating with people, but this man was very abrupt & rude. He did say he might be a jobs worth & I think that's a very apt reflection of him & the company. I tried several times to contact them the following day, no calls were returned or answered. I then found my calls wouldn't go through at all they had blocked my number! I did ring on my home number & spoke to someone who knew who it was and preferred not to get involved. They obviously don't want my custom which is their choice but I would not recommend them because of the poor customer experience image had by the man who appre fly owns the company!
